Tushingham Riders Cause Shock at Tiree Wave Classic!
Making waves in a slightly more conventional manner has been Marie Buchanan, who is currently leading the women's fleet in her first ever wave competition! Racing experience and plenty of recent SUP action have certainly helped her make good progress in wave sailing. Marie also fared well in the Coll Challenge where the lack of wind meant rather than windsurfing, it was SUP skills that were combined with running and mountain biking. The naked windsurfers (now fully clothed) were on top form, with George taking victory ahead of Muzza in second. Perhaps they were working extra hard in an attempt to to warm up following their windsurf au naturel! Visit www.tireewaveclassic.com for more event news. |
